Eagle-Eye Tours is based in Invermere, BC and is Canada’s largest birding tour operator, offering 75+ tours worldwide each year. To continue delivering exceptional experiences for our clients, we need someone to assist our in-house team with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a short-term position (3-4 months) where we can discuss your preferred number of hours/week (30-40). This job is based in our office in downtown Invermere, B.C. There is no remote work option available. Extension beyond the contract may be possible, based on performance, experience, and organizational needs.

Must-Haves:
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive); confident using basic formulas and formatting documents
Fast and accurate touch typing
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organization and time management
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Maintain a positive mindset and a strong commitment to supporting colleagues

Nice to haves:
Training or certification in administrative support
Familiarity with project management software like Asana
Experience in the travel industry
Basic copywriting or communications experience (e.g., newsletters, blogs)
Exposure to invoicing or basic bookkeeping tasks
1-2 years working in an office environment

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Your main priority will be to assist our in-house Client Services & Logistics team in whatever administrative capacity they need. Your tasks will vary each day.

Updating our App
Creating rooming lists
Document creation
Printing, binding & mailing documents
Invoice management
Processing new bookings
