What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, online messaging, and in person.
• Handle reservations and payments.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management (Instagram & Facebook), content creation and website updates.
• Help guests plan activities like golf, ATV tours, and more.
• Effectively communicate with our Property Care Team.

What We’re Looking For:

• You must have been registered as a full-time student in the previous academic year and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year.
• You’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software.
• You’re knowledgeable (or willing to learn!) about Fairmont & the Columbia Valley/eager to get out and explore all there is to do.

What You’ll Get:

• This is a summer position, running from around May to August, with full-time hours (30-40 per week). Shifts typically fall between Friday and Tuesday, with weekends included. We offer a pleasant workspace and can typically accommodate time off requests to enjoy the Valley.
