What You’ll Do:
– Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, online messaging, and face-to-face interactions.
– Manage reservations and handle payments.
– Assist guests in planning activities such as golfing, ATV tours, and more.
– Maintain effective communication with our Property Care Team.

What We’re Looking For:
– Proven customer service experience in tourism or a similar industry

– You are tech-savvy and adept at learning new software. Confident with Office 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook etc)
– You possess knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about, Fairmont & the Columbia Valley, and you’re enthusiastic about exploring all the region has to offer.

What You’ll Get:
– Comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.
– An hourly wage of $18.

This is a summer position, running from approximately late May/June 1st to Sept 30th, with part-time hours (20 per week). Shifts are Friday to Monday, including weekends.
