Project Overview:
Support the “Evaluating Compassionate Community Volunteer Navigation (CCVN) Approach” initiative, enhancing care for older adults with life-limiting illnesses in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.
Support community outreach, engagement, and event planning.
Help track project data, participation, and volunteer hours.
Assist with project implementation and evaluation.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in health sciences, social work, or community development preferred.
Experience in volunteer coordination, outreach, or project support.
Effective communication, organization, and data-tracking skills.
Comfortable working with diverse groups and rural communities.
Additional Details:

Flexible hours, some travel required.
