Role Summary

As a member of the team the labourer assumes a strategic role in the installation of the project. The Labourer has primary day-to-day responsibility of safe operation of power and hand tools to complete tasks as designated by site supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

●      Safe and efficient operation of power and hand tools

●      Follow the directions and tasks of Site Supervisor and work safely with Equipment Operators

●      Job site clean up

●      Minimizing damage to property and equipment

●      Meeting efficiencies and standards set by Site Supervisor

Profile of Role Requirements

Necessary

·       Physically fit and able to work outside for the workday in all weather conditions

·       Able to lift 50 lbs

·       Valid Driver’s License

·       High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Ability to communicate well

·       Sound judgment and decision making regarding safe work practices
