Role Summary
As a member of the team, the site supervisor assumes a strategic role in the installation of the project by adhering to Hybrid Landscapes Vision, Mission, and Values. The Site Supervisor has primary day-to-day responsibility for implementing the installation of projects to Hybrid Landscapes standards. This includes direct responsibility of supervising Labourers and Equipment Operators onsite.
Primary Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

●        Runs day to day operations onsite, determines, equipment, materials, and tools needed.

●        Meets daily/weekly goals set by project manager, and provides feedback with progress.

●        Some troubleshooting

●        Some machine operation

●        Directs and works on site with Laborours and Equipment Operators to meet daily/weekly goals, with a focus towards motivation of the team.

●        Recognition and pre planning of future project needs.

●        Daily recording in the jobsite log
●        Projects are completed on time to standard of design

●        Highest standards are meet at all levels of installation

●        Practices Hybrid Landscapes VMV’s

●        Accurate project logs

Profile of Role Requirements

●        3+ years working in landscape installation and/ or construction industry or experience in a supervisory role

●        Ability to work with designs

●        Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate within all levels of the organization

●        High attention to detail

●        High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientated

●        Strong problem solving and creative skills, the ability to exercise sound judgment and make suggestions to project manager regarding discrepancies with design and site fit

●        Valid drivers licence

●        Experience operating landscape equipment

●        A proactive person with a disposition to take action to manage risk and opportunity
