Invermere Thrift Store is seeking a student to volunteer in our retail store during the summer of 2024. This fun and fast-paced environment will provide you with the opportunity to gain skills in retail sales and merchandising within a large and vibrant volunteer organization.
Duties will include cash handling, operating the POS, pricing, packing, assisting customers, creating displays, keeping the store clean and tidy as well as other general store duties.
You should be comfortable interacting with the public and people of all ages. This is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in all aspects of retail sales and marketing. You will be required to work approximately 24 hours per week from 9.00am to 5.00pm (hours may vary slightly) on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Additional hours may be available.

· No experience necessary as training will be provided
