Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following –

▪ Ensure all assigned rooms are clean by the 16:00 Check/In time

▪ Update status of guest rooms on assignment sheets

▪ Cleaning the assigned guest rooms and other areas of the hotel (e.g. elevators and lobbies)

▪ Cleaning floors, walls, and windows, as well as furniture and carpets; refreshing the rooms for the guests, including making beds and providing clean sheets, towels and toiletries

▪ Vacuum, dust, polish, sweep & mop

▪ Assisting the Housemen to strip rooms as per the SOP

▪ Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens

▪ Performing deep cleaning tasks when necessary

▪ Maintaining proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment

▪ Reporting of any maintenance issues immediately

▪ Collecting Lost & Found items and recording them – as per SOP

▪ Provide guests with extra amenities when requested

▪ Address guests’ questions – knowledge of the local tourist attractions

▪ Returning and restocking of maids’ caddy and products at end of your shift

▪ Supporting and assisting the laundry team

▪ Complying with the Resorts’ Policies & Procedures

▪ Complying with Health & Safety Standards
