Website Kicking Horse Coffee

Wake Up & Kick Ass

YOUR DAILY MISSION: Ensure smooth sailing of all things coming and going, making sure we are accurate and on time, every time.

WHO ARE YOU?
You may just be the most organized person on the entire planet. Marie Kondo, eat your heart out. But seriously, whether its spreadsheets, shipment coordination or even a nice lil colour-coded filing system, no one does structure like you. Words like “planning”, “efficiency” and “flow” may even give you the urge to break out in song. KPIs? Don’t even get us started! But most importantly, you are a connector. People are your jam and you love watching team members grow. You understand that as cliché as it sounds, teamwork does in fact make the dream work. When we mix your love for people with your next-level organization skills, add a dash of incredible team members and just a pinch of kick-ass coffee, we have the makings of a pretty freaking sweet system that will take our product all over North America.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
If fulfillment and logistics was a ship, you’d be the captain. Standing tall and ready at the helm, you steer us through the calm, sometimes slightly wavy, waters of shipping and receiving. You will use your wheelhouse-view to see both the big picture and the day-to-day operations in order to ensure smooth sailing. Your crew is responsible for all things arriving and departing our facility, including our green beans, packaging supplies, and our finished product. This makes you the go-to for all things coming and going. Aye, aye, captain!
