Requirements:
Boater’s License is a must.
Team Management Experience is required.
Boating experience is an asset.
Knowledge of Lake Windermere and all boating hazards is required.
Customer Service experience required, Point of sale, accepting card and cash payments.
Fast Learner
Cleanliness and organized
Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Flexible and adaptable to work.
Willing to work 8-10 hour shifts, 3-5 days per week.
Duties:
Organize staff to ensure all clients are being assisted in a timely fashion. Delegate as needed.
Be able to assist when needed in the office, and on the docks etc.
Ensure the marina operates smoothly while maintaining tidiness and organization.
Handle customer complaints, in person, by phone and email.
Monitor the social media reviews, Trip Advisor etc.
Respond to clients inquiries, in person, by phone and email.
Inspect watercraft and make decisions when to call in the rentals.
Sundry duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
Enforce the policies and procedures of the company.
Learn all positions of the marina, be able to assist where needed.
Keep manager and owners up to date.
