You will act as the animated safety guru of our signature water facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe usage of the pool area by guests and staff and monitoring the conduct and activities of those using the pools.
Provide safety and adherence to pool regulations. You will assume responsibility for the ongoing safety management of Panorama Springs, particularly the large pool and waterslide area.
Be always aware of any hazardous or dangerous situations.
Think quickly and react effectively in crisis or problem situations.
Work cohesively with other attendants, supervisor, and pool maintenance staff to ensure proper and safe conduct of all pool users.
Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of pool area, provide clean towels for guests and aid in the removal of used towels regularly.
Monitor the Pool Lobby/Locker Rooms/Deck Area for dangerous situations, cleanliness, and potential problems.
Provide exemplary customer service, be aware of Panorama events, coordinate and conduct activities as required. e.g. Hot Pool Bingo.
Follow and adhere to the Opening, Ongoing and Closing procedures and responsibilities that will be outlined and provided during training.
As a valued member of the Guest Services Department, you may be required for duties within the Department but outside of your regular role.

Previous experience as a lifeguard at a pool facility preferred.
Must have NLS or Bronze Cross certification.
Must be 19 years of age or over.
Must be willing to work shifts.
Must have standard CPR / First Aid training.
