You are the guest’s gateway to the mountain! You will play an important role in the daily interaction of guests utilizing the lifts. You will ensure the proper, efficient, and courteous loading and unloading of our guests. You will inspect, record, and report the condition of all lift machinery. You will naturally provide excellent customer relations and have an extensive knowledge of current activities and events. You will be flexible with hours and able to function in a Guest Services capacity when necessary. As with other departments, a smile and a friendly hello is part of the uniform!
Essential Functions:
Actively direct the proper and efficient loading of guests of all ability levels. This is accomplished through constant communication, awareness, and decision making.
Monitor and assist the safe, proper, and efficient unloading of all guests.
Loading of mountain bikes upwards of 60 lbs. Recommending the proper trails per ability of rider.
Execute the daily pre-operational inspection of lift machinery to accurately complete a legal lift-log document. Any irregularities are reported to lift maintenance and the log is then filed for future reference in the event of legal matters.
Foster excellent guest relations through positive interaction with guests each time they load to ensure their return visit.
Knowledgeably and efficiently administer emergency procedures such as lift breakdown, evacuation, fire, avalanche, and accident reporting.
Experience/Requirements:
Must successfully complete the lift operations orientation/training session.
Must be available for full time seasonal work.

As a Guest Services Desk Agent, you will be responsible for all concession sales, activities, season’s passes, and lift tickets. In this multi-faceted role, you will actively provide guest information regarding Panorama Mountain Resort – events, services, facilities and assist guests in booking winter activities. You have lots of energy and are more than happy to help as needed within with the Guest Service Department.
Essential Functions:
Must possess an extensive knowledge of activities, events, resort amenities and surrounding area information.
Open & closing procedures of the Guest Services Desk
Book concessions, activities and special events for Panorama guests.
Process season’s passes and daily lift ticket sales and adjustments.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills in relation to Point of Sale systems, Resort ticketing program (RTP) and Microsoft applications.

The Bike Park Trail Crew is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the bike trails at Panorama Mountain Village. They will ensure all trails are kept to the highest safety standard for our guests and staff. They are expected to work outdoors all day in differing weather conditions.

Operate equipment including chain saws, ATV’s, 4X4 truck, and various other hand tools as required.

You will act as the animated safety guru of our signature water facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe usage of the pool area by guests and staff and monitoring the conduct and activities of those using the pools.
