This individual is responsible for maintaining an acceptable balance between profitability and total customer satisfaction while preparing material list and estimating projects for the DIY Customers and Home Builders/Contractors. The contractor sales consultant will convey a total sense of expertise in our building supply products and services; this individual is the primary educator to our customers within the building material field. Extensive knowledge of building supplies along with a strong and solid background in construction is necessary. Must possess superior communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to problem solve effectively in a positive manner. A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills is also necessary. Basic computer skills is an asset. This position requires thinking creatively outside the box in order to fulfill the customers’ vision of their project. Must have the ability to provide a high standard of customer service and contribute to a work environment in a positive manner that fosters pride in being part of a winning team. You should have 2 years outside sales experience. We are looking for the Right Person!
