Wages range from $19/hr-$24/hr depending on experience. Long term opportunities to become a crew leader are available starting wage $25/hr+. Monday to Friday full time. Season starts middle of March to November with opportunity for winter snow removal work. We run top of the line commercial grade mowers and landscape equipment with lots of opportunity to gain experience on different types of machines. Garden Centre Team Lead

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently. 3.       Merchandising and Inventory Management ·         Assist in creating visually appealing displays and restocking products for Garden Centre merchandise displays. ·         Receive and price merchandise. Ensure all products are correctly labeled with prices and relevant information. ·         Check incoming merchandise against invoices to spot shortages, damaged goods, back-orders, etc. ·         Participate in regular cycle counting and assist in taking annual inventory counts. ·         Unload incoming trucks as required, ensuring correct freight handling techniques are used. 4.       Horticultural Knowledge ·         Plant Care: Water, prune, and maintain plants to ensure they are healthy and presentable for customers. ·         Identify and address plant health issues promptly. ·         Stay updated on the latest gardening trends, outdoor living products, and industry developments. Share knowledge with customers and colleagues to enhance overall expertise within the Garden Centre team. 5.       Health and Safety ·         Ensure that all safety precautions are taken when loading and unloading trucks and items into customers’ vehicles. ·         Comply with all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals, fertilizers, and hazardous materials. Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent – Turf Care Technician workers has a passion for preparing the golf course at the highest level and show this to our guests with a genuine excitement for the great golfing experience that we offer at Eagle Ranch Resort.   • Operating ride on mowers to prepare the greens, tees, approaches, fairways, and rough.
  • Operating utility vehicles and other small engine equipment (sting trimmers, backpack blowers)
  • Maintaining Bunkers, raking/shoveling sand, trimming bunker faces.
  • Setting the course for play, Removing the debris; divot tees and repairs ball marks, cutting new pins, setting tee markers, ensuring playing surfaces are clean and playable.
  • Maintenance and general landscaping of the resort grounds.
  • Maintaining fuel and fluid levels for all equipment daily, reporting equipment problems or failure to the equipment manager immediately.
  • Record all daily activity’s using our electronic job board program.
  • Ensuring quality and attention to detail exists in all work performed (accurate, thorough, and timely).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must have a Driver’s License.
  • No experience is necessary; must have a willingness to learn.

Slopes Maintenance Crew

Summer Slopes Maintenance Crew are responsible for maintenance on snowmaking equipment, pumpstations, trail maintenance and snowmaking setup.  There is a wide range on mountain work, accessible by 4×4, ATV and on foot.   Essential Functions: Operate ATVs and trucks Operate excavators and telehandlers Operate chainsaws and brush saws Test and repair snowmaking guns and hoses Test and repair snowmaking hydrants Maintain access roads and ski trails Work and interact with other departments as required. Groundskeeper

To maintain common area grounds, including cutting grass, maintaining flowerbeds, pruning trees, garbage pick-up, sweeping and washing of walkways and roads. This position can continue as snow removal for the winter season.   Essential Functions: Garbage pick-up in and around the resort Cutting lawns resort wide (common areas, hotel, and property in general) Dead head of flowers and ensure beds are weed free. Clean up and prune trees. Clean up and weed walkways. Power wash all walkways and roads. Assist Village Amenities Staff in all aspects. Maintain a clean, crisp, and professional appearance. Be aware of the condition of grounds and any areas that need attention. Have a good knowledge of the resort and any current events, activities, or functions so that guests can be informed. Be friendly, outgoing and enjoy outside work. Experience/Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license. 1 – 3yrs experience in flower and plant maintenance Must be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs.

Pools Maintenance

Pools maintenance is responsible for keeping Panorama Mountain Village’s pools and tubs in pristine condition.  They will conduct routine tours of all facilities to ensure this is accomplished.  This includes the upkeep of all Panorama Mountain Village’s pools, hot tubs and other village equipment.  They will follow up on Hot Tub/Pool equipment, and work in partnership with Panorama’s other departments to ensure excellent guest experience.   Essential Functions: Update Pools Facility Supervisor of Hot Tub/Pool equipment failures with daily and historical data Daily opening of pools/hot tubs including water testing and chemical adjustment. Ensure all daily mechanical and chemical logs are kept to an accurate standard. Daily Opening and closing of all pools and hot tubs including weekly checks. Responsible for keeping the chemical inventory and distribution to the required areas. Consistently provide feedback and ideas with regards to bettering the pools experience. Identify and remedy any shortfalls with regard to pool conditions or staffing in Supervisors absence. Ensure all working safety standards are followed and provide immediate response to guest and management requests. Preventative maintenance and small repairs in all aspects Hot Tub/Pool mechanical equipment and hand tools Ensure all pool areas grounds are cleaned up to the highest standard prior to opening the pools. Pool Attendant

You will act as our animated safety guru for our signature hot tubs & pools facility. You will sign in guests; provide towel service as well as actively providing our guests with resort information about our summer- activities, events, services & facilities. You will help monitor the conduct and activities of those using the pools.   Essential Functions: Provide exceptional guest service safety and adherence to pool regulations. Be aware of any hazardous or dangerous situations at all times. Work cohesively with other attendants, Pools Facility Supervisor, and pool maintenance staff to ensure proper and safe conduct of all pool users. Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of pool area, provide clean towels for guests and aid in the removal of used towels regularly. Monitor the Pool Lobby/Locker Rooms/Deck Area for dangerous situations, cleanliness, and potential problems. Follow and adhere to the Opening, Ongoing and Closing procedures and responsibilities that will be outlined and provided during training.
